Security and Door Entry
Your security is important to us

Security

To maintain the security of all property, the Association would ask that all tenants:

  1. Lock all your doors and windows when leaving your home, even for a short time. Do not leave your door unlocked even when you are at home. Ensure doors and windows are secure before going to bed.
  2. Do not keep large sums of money at home and never leave cash or valuables visible around your home.
  3. Do not let anybody into your home or the scheme without proper identification.
  4. Ensure you, your family and visitors secure the main front door and other communal exit doors to the scheme after use.
  5. Cancel deliveries to your home if you are going away. Do not leave notes for delivery persons which would highlight your absence to others.
  6. If you see or hear anything suspicious, pull your help cord immediately and alert the Scheme Manager or Fold Telecare.

Door Entry

There is a door entry system installed on all our blocks of flats. This system should be used responsibly by all tenants, their family members, visitors and carers. The main door should never be released and access permitted if a caller cannot be identified.
